Qualifications:
- Must be 21+
- 1+ years management experience in the food service industry - quick service restaurants preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be local to area/state
- Open/flexible availability
- Must be able to travel to other stores in surrounding area for assistance purposes
- Must be able to work 40+ hours/week
The Shift Manager has the overall responsibility for:
- Ensuring that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s)
- Ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
- Personally demonstrating that Customer needs are the highest priority
- Ensuring food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
- Resolving Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive Customer relations
