Description

Staff Management is hiring Experienced-Fully Bilingual Call Center representatives to join our operations at our Metro Office Park location in Guaynabo, PR. This is a full time position, where availability is a must. We are seeking responsible, organized, team-oriented candidates to manage customer accounts, and respond to customer concerns via phone calls.

Job Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner - Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives - Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way - Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Fully Bilingual (Must be able to hold a conversation with a client in English) - Customer Service Experience (More than 1 year of experience in Customer Service) - Working knowledge of computers and Windows operating system - Able to type at least 40 word per minute - Knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook - Able to process & enter large amount of data into our system - Available to work a schedule between 7:00 AM-8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) #CB
