The Invoicing & Purchasing Assistant position provides clerical and administrative support to others in the office with basic knowledge in accounting principles. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Placing purchases orders and & invoice processing, work with Excel spreadsheets and calculations, maintain database of products and pricing schedules, logistics coordination, manage high volume emails, capable of working with deadlines and support others in special projects.

 

Invoicing & Purchasing Assistant Qualifications and skills:

¿             Bachelor's degree Preferable (not required)

¿             Fluent bilingual skills (Spanish and English)

¿             Excellent knowledge of the Purchasing and Invoicing Cycle. A minimum of 2 years of work experience preferable in Purchase orders, invoicing, accounts payable and accounts receivable

¿             Excellent communication skills (Very important)

¿             Critical Thinking

¿             Detail Oriented and organized.  Must be proficient in Outlook in order to keep very organize and keep good track of emails for proper follow up to supplier & clients.

¿             Ability to work in multiple projects and work well under pressure

¿             Computer skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe Acrobat, Peachtree).
