CNA: Gain Healthcare Experience (Utah County)

Here at Stonebridge Home Care we are happily hiring two part time CNA Mentors to work in clients homes. As you grow into the position it has the potential to become full time. We have created this position to highlight skilled CNA's and provide an opportunity for you to grow as a leader.

What is a CNA Mentor? As a CNA Mentor you will be overseeing 25+ caregivers to ensure their success in their daily routines. You will be involved in meeting each caregiver, having new caregivers complete shadow shifts with you at your shifts, completing competency evaluations with the caregivers, check ins weekly and monthly as needed, 90 day reviews, and creating an atmosphere of great caregiver retention.

Here are some facts about Stonebridge Home Care : )

-We pay weekly every Friday

-We supply all of our caregivers with masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer.

-We are non-medical so we don't work with administering meds, wound care, or other medical needs. This allows for us to work with clients that aren't very difficult to work with.

-Our client to CNA ratio is always 1:1. You will only ever work with one client in their home or a facility at a time.

-70% of our clients are around 50-70 years old.

-80% of our clients are seen for only 1 hour each visit. This means you will see a few clients a day for only about 1 hour each and it creates a 4-5 hour work day each day.
