Production Teammate - Full-time

The Firestone Fibers and Textiles plant produces the materials that are necessary to manufacture tires for Bridgestone, the number one producer of rubber and tires in the world. The Firestone Fibers & Textiles Plant is located in Kings Mountain, NC. We are currently seeking Production Teammates to fill permanent positions. The minimum starting pay for these positions is $17.51 / hour. New teammates are eligible for Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance on their first day of employment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Teammate role is a line-driven manufacturing opportunity.  All Production Teammates work in a challenging and fast-paced manufacturing environment where they assist in manufacturing world class products in an environment that promotes the following vision:  Safety First; Quality Always.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 18 or older.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience is required.
• Candidates must pass all steps of the Firestone Kings Mountain hiring process.
• Applicants will be assigned to a 12 hour shift; 7am–7:00pm or 7pm–7:00am.
• Shift preference is by seniority.
