CAPA Specialist (DIRECT HIRE) - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary

Responsible for the execution of the NCR investigation, with support from cross-functional teams, and CAPA process that includes: conducting investigations/root cause determination and identification of corrective actions and preventive actions. Measure reports and use local and global metrics in order to provide top management the visibility of reliability issues. Facilitate decision making process by analyzing data and identify root cause before becomes critical. Bring visibility to the top management in order to facilitate the decision making process. Include the local and global metrics reporting. Analyze and improve the current dashboard making the process faster, reliable and one that foster accuracy. Be able to track and trend major issues impacting Reliability Metrics so consequently action plans can be design accordingly. Partner closely with managers to translate root cause into fundamental projects. Proactively identify events or trending that could impact our ability to fulfill the production plan, ship and provide timely disposition of the products. Improve reporting spreadsheets, process and visuals using Lean Tactical Tools. Coach Improvement projects using a systematic approach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Science or related
• Minimum of two years experience in similar position at medical device, pharmaceutical industry or related  with knowledge of cGMPs and compliance aspects.
• CAPA and Investigations experience.
• Computer system knowledge
• Fully Bilingual.  
• Available to work any shift.
