Machine Operator

We are currently searching for CNC machine operators to join our Drill Grind department. The CNC machine operator position is a full time benefit eligible position. Set pay increases are given during the training period, based on progress. Starting wage is $11.31/hr with an shift premium for working swing, graveyard, or weekend shift. CNC Machine Operator Summary: CNC Machine Operators are responsible for reading job orders and setting up machine parameters, quality assurance inspections, basic machine maintenance, weight and measurement of parts, loading stock, cleaning shop and work areas, and assisting as needed in the department. Machine Operator Qualifications: --- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) --- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds routinely and the ability to perform repetitive work while sitting and standing. --- A strong mechanical background, math skills and computer knowledge required with machine operation experience preferred.
