Vibra Hospital of Western Massachusetts, located in Springfield, MA is seeking Full Time Substance Abuse Counselor to join our team!

Under the direction of the Psychologist of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Unit at Vibra Hospital of Western, MA the Rehabilitation Counselor will participate in the continuous assessment, design and implementation of quality psychiatric rehabilitation programming. The Rehabilitation Counselor will run treatment based groups, work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team provide trauma informed and person centered care.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or graduate degree in Allied Mental Health discipline required.

Minimum of two years experience in mental health providing primary or adjunctive therapy to adults with severe and pervasive mental illness required. Must possess a current, unencumbered license and certification to practice as a Rehabilitation Counselor or other Allied Mental Health Profession (CRC, LRC, CADAC, LADC, LCSW, LICSW, LMHC) required.
