Sr. Associate Maintenance Planner

We’re seeking a Sr. Associate Maintenance Planner to work at a Biotechnology industry in Juncos. Job Description:

• Responsible for maintenance planning at customer's manufacturing site.
• Work independently to develop the scope of work, resource requirements, and parts requirements to complete preventive and corrective maintenance tasks in a safe, compliant, efficient and effective manner.
• Clearly communicate with Customers F&E, Quality and Central Inventory staff regarding work order status and requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and craft groups to schedule maintenance activities as required to support site operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities into efficient groupings to allow efficient execution by F&E crafts while minimizing the interruption to customer operations.
• Identify and coordinate contractor resources as required to effective complete tasks. 
• Write clear, concise, and accurate Job Plan steps within the CMMS for corrective and preventive maintenance work orders.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree & 2 years of directly related experience
• Experience with Maximo Asset administration system.
• Experience in the development of Preventive Maintenance for industrial equipment. Specifically in the Pharmaceutical Industry. 
• Analytical Skills for the comparison and selection of effective Maintenance Instruction considering equipment reliability, application criticality and risk.
• cGMP knowledge and experience
