Job Title: High Volume Truck Gate Security Officer
Location: Terrell
Environment: Truck Gate
Pay Rate: $11.00

General Job Functions: Access control, checking trucks in and out, foot patrol, conduct detailed CTPAT inspection of trucks entering the facility. Also confirm loads as outbound trucks leave the facility. Tech saavy just use computer system to track loads that are picked up. Officer will conduct some perimeter patrols of the facility. Prior security experience preferred. Busy truck gate so candidate must be someone who wants to be challenged and busy. Customer service and communication is must.

Shift & Hours: Multiple full time shifts available. Morning, Mid-Day and Overnight

• Provide excellent customer service to our clients
• Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
• Respond quickly to critical situations
• Ability to read and write detailed reports
• Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:

• Must be have or be able to obtain a Texas private security guard card
• At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements

General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:

• Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• Pass an extensive screening process
