The person in this role will ensure that creels are ready for production of tufted products by maintaining a constant supply of yarn to the tufting machine creel. This person will also perform all tasks assigned by the lead creeler to provide assistance to operators as needed.

Position Responsibilities:
- Hang new lot numbers on each creel.
- Strip, cut back and double or spot double creels.
- Air splice or tie packages of yarn together.
- Cap bad tubes when necessary.
- Blowback yarn when necessary.
- Properly complete R.T.I. labels.
- Construct boxes for yarn.
- Maintain recyclable material (cardboard, plastic, paper, etc.).
- General housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Assist floor supervisors as needed with any additional duties
- Cuelgue nuevos nmeros de lote en cada crileo.
- Pelar, cortar y doblar o detectar crileo doblado. (Strip, cut back and double or spot double creels.)Quitar, recortar, doblar, o rellenar el hilo de los crileos.

Position Expectations
- Must be able to work in an industrial environment with elevated noise levels, dust, dirt, humidity and temperature variations.
- Must be able to work well under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines.

- Must be able to perform tasks quickly and safely.
- Must be able to meet departmental work standards in the areas of hanging, splicing, and stripping.
