As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing restaurants and the continuing development of General Managers. The successful candidate will work shoulder to shoulder with their Managers to ensure operational excellence, meet McDonald's brand standards, meet and exceed sales and operations targets. Your whole patch will be within easy driving distance.
To qualify you must have strong leadership abilities with a minimum of 2 years experience as a McDonald's Supervisor with a proven track record of achieving results. Your prior experience and success will be rewarded with a competitive salary and benefits including healthcare, dental & vision & generous car allowance.
