The Assistant Teacher supports the Teacher and/or Lead Teacher in planning and implementing the daily program for children, supervises the class when the Lead is out of the room, helps with meals, safety and assists in maintaining a clean and orderly room and Center.
Job Responsibilites:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- DE Eligibility letter and background check clearance
- CDA, Associate or higher education in ECE, Child Studies or a related field preferred
- Must be flexible with schedule and in some positions be able to stay until 6 pm
