This is an OTR driving position, but with none of the stress - our solo, company drivers don't have to worry about the cents-per-mile rollercoaster. Salary base means they never dip below $62,500 per year and get a regular weekly check. It's designed to provide peace of mind, consistency, and makes it much easier for our drivers to secure loans, mortgages, and plan for their future.--
But salary is only the start! Just hitting the minimum for performance makes you eligible to bonus, and they increase every year you drive with ShipEX. You could earn $100,000 in your first year alone!--

Requirements
Essential functions:
- Adhering to Hours of Service rules
- Adhering to Federal Safety regulations
- Able to drive for longer than 8 hours at a time
Qualifications:
- 3-year work history.--
- All commercial driving history in past 10 years must be disclosed.--
- No more than 7 jobs in past 3 years.--
- 18 months Verifiable Tractor Trailer Experience.--
- Must have OTR experience.--
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, in a Personal or Commercial vehicle.
- No more than 2 accidents, preventable or in the last 3 years, in a Personal or Commercial vehicle.--
- No Criminal Background.
Physical Requirements:
- Must disclose use of a CPAP machine--
- Must be able to stay seated for long periods of time
- Must disclose use of a CPAP machine--
- 3-year work history.--
