As the Shift Leader (Assistant Manager) you are responsible for the overall performance of the restaurant. This includes, guest experience, food safety, staff development and profitability. Payrate for this job is $13 to $16/Hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with orientations for all new hires, communicating with client for any updates.
- Must be knowledgeable with spreadsheets, excel.
- Will be doing other miscellaneous assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- 1 – 2 years Shift Leader experience, preferably in quick casual environments
