Aerotek is seeking to hire entry level Customer Service Representatives for our client located in Southfield, MI! This role is a 3-month contract to hire opportunity starting March 10th, 2021!
Day to Day: Receiving calls arranging transportation for individuals in the Medicare and Medicaid program. Information is collected for the patient calling in, while accurately entering in their phone number, address, what time their appointment is, what time they are going, what time they’ll be picked up, and verify the patient’s insurance information.
Work Environment: We make energy efficiency smarter, faster and more accessible for everyone. We work with utilities, businesses and consumers to improve the energy experience on a local and global level — and we’re just getting started.
Schedule:
· Training: This will be 4 weeks long, Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.
· Hours: Five days a week working 40hrs. Monday-Friday.
· Shift: 8am - 6pm (overtime only as needed)
Performance Expectations:
· 100 minimum calls per day, max at 5 minutes, min of 2 minutes.
· Call Center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment preferred but not required
· High quality of service on calls
