Quality Investigator - Full-time / Part-time

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• At least 3 to 4 years experience in developing Root Cause Investigations and Written Reports.
• Bachelors degree in Science or Engineering.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems and application of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Ability to work in a team and strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Technical writing skills related to Non-conformance Investigations, CAPA records, action testing/verifications and/or implementations, mitigation actions implementation, actions effectiveness.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.

 

The Quality Investigator will write investigation reports and investigation plans, and complete testing to demonstrate root cause hypothesis and/or replicates the nonconformities. Obtain from functional teams Subject Matter Experts, scientific and/or technical information pertinent to the Investigation/Root Cause Analysis. Assists area owners in identifying the mitigation actions, where applicable, and the appropriate Corrective and Preventive actions including the Effectiveness Check Plan/Criteria. Partnering with the Investigations and CAPA approver(s) to successfully execute both process stages. Support closure or approval tasks (i.e. initial assessments, investigations, correction and containments, CAPAs and effectiveness) in accordance with established time-frames. Assists CAPA owners and/or complete action testing, verifications for implementation. Perform and assist others in the data input of Investigation and CAPA phases into TrackWise 8 System.
