Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online for multiple companies
- Experience with QuickBooks’ Online multi-currency feature is a plus
- Payroll processing experience – Timesheets, benefits, recordkeeping, workers comp audits, visas, job allocation, job costing, etc.
- Full-charge bookkeeping skills - bank reconciliation, AP & AR, POs, vendor management, 1099s - across multiple accounting disciplines
- General office experience – very important for our office tasks and the flexibility of the role
- Full-charge accounting skills – GL, cash flows, balance sheet reconciliation, asset and IP management, regulatory compliance, cost accounting, tax preparation, and monthly reporting
- GAAP audit experience
- Strong MS-Office and Adobe skills
- Excellent computer skills. Internet savvy with an understanding of how to use cloud based storage, Chrome and Gmail
- Strong writing and editing skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates Degree or B.S. in Accounting preferred, but not required
- Two or more years of Online QuickBooks experience
- Four or more years of payroll experience
- Two or more years accounting experience, including cost accounting and balance sheet reconciliation
- Two or more years bookkeeper experience, including bank reconciliation, AP & AR, POs
- Good understanding of GAAP Standards
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with an attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and communication skills
- Strong Excel and computer skills
- Diplomacy/Integrity/Confidentiality
