Information System Security Engineer with Security Clearance

JRC is currently seeking an Information System Security Engineer. This position will have primary responsibility developing and coordinating documentation necessary to achieve successful Risk Management Framework (RMF) Assess and Authorize (A&A). Key Duties: * Coordinate among stakeholders necessary to identify and document RMF controls applied to the system, network, and/or application; stakeholders include: * Security Engineers * Network Administrators * System Administrators * Information Systems Security Managers (ISSMs) * A&A authorities/representatives * Program managers * Vendors * Identify, develop directly or in coordination with subject matter experts and incorporate common artifacts like system architecture and boundaries, hardware and software inventories, risk assessment reports, data flows, standard operating procedures into RMF documentation. * Analyze policies and procedures against Federal laws and regulations and provide recommendations for closing security control gaps. * Provide continuous monitoring support for information systems. General Skills/Attributes: * Must have and maintain a government security clearance. Specific Skills/Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering * Five to seven years working in cybersecurity management or information system security engineering * Three to five years of experience writing RMF documentation * Must be familiar with the RMF Knowledge Service, DoD 8500, DoD 8510, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, NIST SP 800-37 and NIST SP 800-160 v2 * DoD 8570 IASAE Level II or IAM level II certification(s) preferred JRC IntegratedSystems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V
