Title: IT Advisor Location: McLean, VA McIntire Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Adviser with IC mission and support systems experience to engage directly with customer components and application owners, advising them regarding strategies to meet IT needs.  The candidate will understand and assist in developing comprehensive strategies and IT requirements and educate customers on Chief Information Officer (CIO) services and processes.  The candidate will identify service-based and capability-based performance parameters to help develop CIO solutions.  Additionally, the candidate will provide updates to customers on CIO processes and provide support to the customer for CIO service requests. 
The team is currently seeking self-starters, comfortable working on small teams in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-visibility, broad-based program with multiple senior stakeholders. As such, we need individuals who are strong communicators and comfortable working at senior levels of the organization.
Responsibilities  • IT Customer advocates work directly with their specific agency component customers and government resources to facilitate strategies to address a wide range of IT related issues. They assist customers with:  • Analysis of alternatives including advanced solutions and strategies • Getting the information, assistance and services the customers require for their mission execution  • Serving as the point of contact for the agency components in handling questions or issues  • Keeping the customer updated with timely and frequent information about progress towards resolving their IT system/application issues  • In order to provide assistance and services, the IT advocate follows the CIO standardized procedures to achieve uniformity and consistency in project progress
Required Qualifications • Current and Active TS/SCI with CI Poly • Proven experience with IT customer engagement, providing innovative solutions and comprehensive strategies. • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling functions required to successfully deliver capabilities and services to the enterprise. • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Products (includes Excel and Project). • Must have customer-service experience and be goal oriented. • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. • Must have an ability to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities
