During the COVID-19 pandemic this position will work from home remotely. However, we are seeking a candidate who will be able to report to our office in Clawson once we are able to resume in person work.

Compensation:

$40,000 - $45,000

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate property and third party inspections, lease audits, and surveys
  • Help coordinate and close property transactions
  • Assist in managing investor data, contributions, and disbursement correspondence
  • Keep organized records of completed work
  • Maintain calendars and schedule meetings, proactively resolving conflicts
  • Prepare Request for Proposals and Letters of Intent (LOI)
Qualifications:
  • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills. Need to be able to speak clearly, respond professionally, and be responsive to investors.
  • Must work well in group problem-solving situations and use reason to come to a solution.
  • Must have the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
  • Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently under minimal supervision

Specific Skills and Experience Sought:

  • Previous experience in transaction coordination, transaction management, or real estate highly valued
  • 3 years of Administrative experience required
