A company that owns beautiful privately owned skilled nursing facilities located throughout Monroe County, NY, Ontario County, NY, Herkimer County, NY, Monroe County, NY & Rensselaer County, NY is looking for a strong Regional MDS Consultant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be tech savvy
- Regional experience preferred
- Must be experienced and a certified MDS
- Must have significant MDS experience
- Must have New York RN license
