Customer Service Representative - Full-time

As vaccines become available, we are partnering to open community COVID-19 vaccine clinics at various locations in West Michigan. This is BIG and will take a BIG team. What you will do Performs patient registration and check-in of community members scheduled to receive COVID-19 vaccine. Serves as way finder, outlining vaccination process and expectations. Consistently providing exceptional patient experience. Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis. Where you will work Onsite at COVID-19 vaccination clinics (various locations throughout Grand Rapids) Skills you will need to have to be successful Strong typing skills, customer service, familiarity using databases and software. How you will learn to do the job Paid training will be provided. Employment Type These are temporary positions. Direct hire positions may be available at the end of this assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working in healthcare. Hours Clinics will have limited schedules to begin and may expand to 24 hours as vaccines becomes available.
