Descripción:
- Responsable de reparar, instalar, inspeccionar, modificar y proveer mantenimiento preventivo a los equipos para la manufactura de productos biotecnol gicos y equipos para la producci n de utilidades limpias conforme a las regulaciones aplicables a la industria manteniendo un alto grado de confiabilidad de forma segura y eficiente.
- Realizar diariamente las órdenes de trabajo preventivo y correctivo en los equipos de utilidades tales como destiladoras de multi-efectos, generadores de vapor limpio, unidades de osmosis en reversa, suavizadores, compresores de aire, entre otros y equipos de manufactura tales como bioreactores, columnas de cromatograf a, filtros de ultrafiltraci n, entre otros de forma correcta y eficiente según asignados.
- Colaborar en el adiestramiento de otros técnicos y coordina trabajos cuando es necesario.
- Documentar el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo según los procedimientos del departamento.
Requisitos:
- Grado Asociado en Tecnología de Ingeniería Mecánica o Mecánica Industrial
- Mínimo cinco (5) años de experiencia como mecánico industrial en operaciones de utilidades y manufactura preferiblemente en productos biotecnológicos.
- Habilidad para manejar múltiples tareas.
- Destrezas para usar e interpretar manuales, especificaciones, matemáticas de taller, dibujos, planos, procedimientos escritos y conocimiento general de principios mecánicos.
