Staffing Specialist

Hayden Beverage Company, Idaho’s largest Beer, Wine, Red Bull and Non-alcohol distributor is looking to hire a Staffing Specialist to join our growing HR team. We are seeking a professional individual who will support the process of identifying and hiring good talent for our company.

Staffing Specialist Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and hire talented individuals who will support our company's growth goals
• Screen and identify talent based on qualifications and company culture while remaining compliant with all EEOC guidelines
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure staffing needs are met in a timely manner
• Track and report on recruiting related metrics
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
• Starting at $16-18 per hour

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with successful hiring including recruiting, interviewing, and retention is preferred
• Approachable, flexible, collaborative self-starter with a passion for organization, policies, and procedures
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Exceptional ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients while providing high levels of service by communicating clear and timely responses to issues, requests, problems, and regular reporting
• Able to work independently while functioning as a member of a team through communication and engagement in self-directed resourcefulness
