Salesforce Developers needed! 100% Remote, 3 openings - Full-time / Part-time

My client in Madison, WI is looking to hire THREE Salesforce Developers. The roles will be 100 remote. Strong soft skills a must! The Software Engineer IIISr. is responsible for design, configurationdevelopment, testing, and problem resolution under the general direction of a manager. The scope of work initially includes the agile implementation of the solution and then on-going, high cadence enhancements to increase Business and IT maturity. As an entry to mid-level position, regular mentoring, feedback, and supervision are provided by senior technical staff and management. As a part of a balanced team of skillsets and on-going increased IT maturity, you'll be expected to have or grow knowledge in various areas and achieve certifications to be successful. Focus, at first, is the implementation of the following platform cloud applications SalesForce Lightning platform and preliminarily the applications of Pardot (Lead Management), Sales and Service Cloud (CRM and case management) and Vlocity (Configure, Price, Quote and Contract Mgmt). It will also include additional integrated applications (off the shelf) and integration to other internal systems. Software may consist of on-premise applications, cloud-based software and services, hybrid configurations, integration tools, DevOps tools or business workflow tools. Accountability, taking initiative, collaborating highly with the team and the business, growth mindset and continual education is expected. Responsibilities Assists with regression testing of initial implementation and develops automated testing scripts. Configures, develops, tests, and fixes defects in software from overall application designs prepared by senior staff under the general direction of a Senior Software Engineer or higher. Designs application functionality at the module level under the general direction of a Senior Software Engineer or higher. Creates work estimates for Features as part of the agile practices under the general direction of a Kanban master andor a Senior Software Engineer or higher. Resolves routine technical problems with systems under the general direction of a Senior Software Engineer or higher. Maintains working knowledge on the systems and tools within the scope of the team's responsibility. Expected to work towards certification in SalesForce and Vlocity. Maintains working-level knowledge and continually strives to improve the team's IT maturity of software configuration, development, analysis, testing, integration and DevOps best practices, tools, and methodologies. Actively participates in quality and continuous improvement initiatives within the scope of the team's responsibility. Maintains basic knowledge of the business capabilities and support technologies of Commercial Marketing and Sales. Qualifications Required Qualifications Software Engineer I Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years' professional work experience Software Engineer II Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience 1+ years experience in software development or testing Sr Software Engineer Associates degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience 3 years experience in software development or testing Other Qualifications Knowledge of software development and DevOps methodologies, practices, and tools. Knowledge of agile methodologies, practices and tools. Knowledge of one more programming languages used by the team. Nice to have Java, C++ or Python. Knowledge of software testing practices, developing test scripts and tools. Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and tools. Administrative, testing, or development knowledge of SalesForce, Pardot, or Vlocity Ability to travel as needed for company business and professional development. Ability to work nights and weekends as needed for system implementations and resolving system problems.
