Positions are on a 24x7 NOC Team. Shift work (Midnight, Swing, & Day shift) is required. Candidates could be scheduled or rotated between any shift and assigned to work any day of the week (including weekends) based on Business needs. All schedules will be based on a 5 days a week x 8 hours minimum.

Description:

At least 2 years relevant experience required. The team at our Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for 24x7 monitoring the nationwide client fixed and wireless Critical Facilities Network. The objective of this group and ultimately this position is to monitor Facility System (HVAC, Power Plants AC & DC, Generator) Alarms via Building Management Systems (BMS), ticket, troubleshoot, and dispatch vendors to drive event resolution. This role requires a detail-oriented and disciplined candidate. Your primary focus will be to handle surveillance and troubleshooting of our cutting-edge Critical Facilities technologies to provide national visibility of network outages. This team is 24x7. All candidates must be able to work any shift & day of the week (Mon - Sun) from an office location.

- This position is for a NOC technician in the Critical Facilities NOC.

Facilities experience and or experience with Generator, HVAC, Power Plants, Fire Monitoring/Suppression Systems is desired.

Good Written and Phone communication skills required.

Must be self driven and able to work in a fast paced environment.

This is a 24x7 Team and Shift work will be required. Candidates must be willing to work any shift/any days of the week.

-Must be on-site in the NOC Office 5 days a week. This is not a remote position.

Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc):  HVAC, Power Plants, Fire Monitoring/Suppression systems experience. NOC Alarm management tools and ticketing systems.

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) High phone call volume for vendor check in and out. Building Management System (BMS) alarm monitoring. Ticket creation and management across internal and external vendor organizations.

Preferred background/prior work experience? Any facilities management experience/knowledge preferred but not required.
