Established in 2018, Limestone BBQ and Bourbon will specialize in exceptional BBQ and provide a warm, comfortable location to drink the finest bourbon around.  We have brought the classic Texas BBQ taste to the great State of Delaware and paired it with the the best Speakeasy environment in this region.  It’s an exciting time for High 5 Hospitality, LLC and you have the first opportunity to be part of this growth.  We are looking for our own “small batch” of talent for the latest brand in the High 5 Hospitality, LLC family.  
 
The Service Prep role will be responsible for the prep and portioning of a variety of sides for that day’s service.  Sides will be both hot and cold.   Early morning availability a must.  This role will report to the Pit Boss.

Responsibility:

Daily execution of the Mission Statement and Core Values.  
Measurement and preparation of ingredients 
Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line
Food preparation and portioning prior to service
Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Guest:
Models hospitality skills/behaviors during shift.
Actively looks for and identifies techniques to attract new guests.

Quality Operations:
Maintains high cleanliness standards, during slow times, cleaning your area, restocking.
Relay any issue regarding operations to the Manager on Duty.

Sales and Profits:                    
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Education/Training/Experience:

High School or equivalent. 
Candidates should have kitchen experience, including working a hot line.
Must possess proper food handlers and alcohol dispensing certifications (if required by law).
