Job Description

 

We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in the disaster restoration industry. We specialize in providing emergency services such as water mitigation, fire damage clean up and mold remediation to residential & commercial clients. We also offer construction services in order to bring properties back to pre-loss condition once mitigation has been completed.

Must be proficient in building construction, demolition, cleaning, and restoration equipment set-up, take down, and monitoring. Must have at least 1 year experience in this industry and a valid Drivers license. IICRC certificatied technicians will be compensated.

  • Must communicate clearly & appropriately with customers and interested 3rd parties.
  • Construction Experience - Understanding all aspects of construction trade.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet project time frames.
  • Basic computer skills and mobile device knowledge.
  • Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to drive vans and large cube trucks.
  • Must be able to pass background check and/or drug test.
  • Complete project related paperwork as required.
  • Oversee quality of workmanship on site and ensure compliance with Cleanworks Restoration standards.
  • Must participate in company on-call schedule.
  • Front line and first responder for our company.
  • Inspect site and present solutions to the customer.
  • Deliver professional, helpful, and high-quality service for every customer every time.
  • Ensure the project is completed in established time frame and to the customer’s satisfaction.
  • Clean-up and/or remove damaged material (e.g. carpet, flooring, drywall, debris) and perform restoration work.
  • Operate and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure response readiness.
  • Measure and record data such as temperature and relative humidity using appropriate forms.
  • Adhere to all written and verbal safety practices and programs.
  • Work as a member of the team and follow the direction of your supervisor.
  • Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.
