Restaurant Manager

As a Jack in the Box Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for restaurant operations. Uses discretion in daily management decisions with accountability for ensuring high levels of execution in guest service and the brand vision. Develops team to provide excellent internal service, external service, and builds restaurant sales and profit while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Essential Restaurant Manager job duites are listed below:
• Recruits, selects , trains, develops, and evaluates restaurant employees
• Monitors staffing levels to ensure continues developemnt plans to build talent (100% responsible for restaurant staffng)
• Creates a restaurant environment that is friendly, FUN, clean, and safe
• Motivates and Inspires the team to achieve high performance
• Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance
• Ensure that guest are receiving a “WOW” experience by role modeling the behaviors needed and by setting expecations for the team
• Monitors and repsond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Responsible for a HIGH level of Food Safety execution
• Maintains a HIGH level of execution in restaurant image and cleanliness
• Maintain delivery of HOT, FRESH food for each and every guest
• Analyzes restaurant performance and implements resolutions
• Monitors all restaurant managed cost and adherance to budgets and restaurant goals
• Training and development of Team Members and Team Leaders
Additional Job requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance and use personal vehicle to conduct banking or other restaurant business needs
• Ability to stand and walk for 85%-95% of the shift, ability to lift 10-65 lbs, ability to operate restaurant equipment
• Minimum 3 year supervisory experience required at the Restaurant Manager level or higher
• Able to work in diverse groups
• Analytical Skills, good planning and organizational skills
• Problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills
• High level of integrity and ethics
