As a Pharmacy Clerk in our Fulfillment department, you will be responsible for assisting with inventory management and shipping. This role will report to the inventory manager and/or area managers. Key Job Responsibilites
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures, Federal/State laws, rules and regulations
- Collaborate with other members of the pharmacy team to maintain customer satisfaction
- Pack and ship completed PillPacks including printing and affixing appropriate labels on dispenser and shipping boxes
- Sort and triage the right boxes to ship at the right time
- Aid the distribution manager and distribution pharmacists with receiving, shipping, counting, and packing
- Clean, and help maintain, equipment and work areas
- Handles basic maintenance of the warehouse and provides cleaning support to the pharmacy
- Responsible for proper product disposal and destruction
- Responsible for the maintenance and filing of packing lists and invoices
- Participates in pharmacy products/supplies inventory management
- Performs material receiving, stocking, and shipping
- Interface with vendors
- Work a flexible schedule - shifts will possibly start and end outside of normal business hours including weekends
- Perform other tasks assigned while working in a fast paced environment
- Standing during shifts lasting up to 12 hours (standard full-time shifts are 10 hours excluding overtime, flex and part-time shifts may vary)
- Lifting and moving products up to 49 lbs in weight
- Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching for 12 hours (standard full-time shifts are 10 hours excluding overtime, flex and part-time shifts may vary)
- Pushing and pulling product up to 49 lbs in weight for 12 hours (standard full-time shifts are 10 hours excluding overtime, flex and part-time shifts may vary)Manual dexterity of both hands and wrists
Basic Qualifications
- High school or equivalent diploma
- 6+ months of experience working with computer and web based tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous receiving or stocking experience
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
Salary
- Pharmacy Clerk $15.00/hourly + $1.50 shift different bonus
