Job Requirements
* Keep dish machine and three compartment sink filled with clean water. Drain and refill dish machine tank on a regular basis throughout the shift
* Ensure dishes, utensils, pots and pans are spotlessly clean
* Remove soiled plates, pots, pans, utensils and containers from cook's line
* Keep the cook's line supplied with clean dishes
* Keep the dish pit and prep kitchen clean, organized, swept, mopped and dried
