About the Café Associate position:

• As a Café Associate, you will have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Panera menu

• Prepare customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Work as a team plater with a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Provide quality service, taking pride in working behind the scenes to prepare quality products for our customers

We’re looking for:

• Great communication and people skills
• Food service or retail experience preferred, not required
• Basic food safety understanding and practice
