Warehouse Supervisor (2nd shift) - Distribution Center - Renton, WA

Shift: Monday - Friday 1PM start time *subject to change based on business needs Oversee order selection teams pulling and loading responsibilities. Labor requirement planning and adherence to budgeted guidelines. Review and enforcement of sanitation practices. Securing the facility at the completion of shifts. Demonstrate the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence. Familiarity with SAP a shift lead is a plus. Position Responsibilities: Oversee selection teams shipping and loading responsibilities. Enforcement and review of sanitation practices Customer billing Review the team's performance and develop plans for improvement. Securing the facility at the completion of shift. Making sure the delivery team has the necessary equipment and documentation. Demonstrate the "Dawn Values" of Team Dawn and supports the Circle of Excellence REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/LEVELS OF COMPETENCE Four years of experience in warehouse or distribution environment strongly preferred (i.e. knowledge of warehouse operations; JBA system and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) helpful). Requires strong oral, written, and communication skills Must be able to handle many diversified tasks at one time and correctly prioritize conflicting, time sensitive tasks Requires the ability to safely operate a forklift and other heavy warehouse equipment High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required Computer skills required SAP Desired Here at Dawn, our crisis management team is meeting regularly to assess our response to COVID-19.
