The Assistant Manager will be responsible for keeping our restaurant exceptionally clean and well-run. These duties will include executing company policies, procedures and programs.

You will also love our products including our hot and juicy hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwiches and our world famous fries.

Working directly with the General Manager, Assistant Managers are the store’s second in command and will have similar duties and responsibilities as General Managers.

As the Assistant Manager, you will report directly to the Restaurant General Manager. Some of your responsibilities may be to:

  • come to work promptly and regularly
  • have the ability to take direction and work well with others
  • have the ability to accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction at all times
  • have the ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • demonstrate the ability to learn and apply policies and procedures
  • demonstrate the ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks assigned
  • be able to complete all applicable training programs
  • schedule work shifts for Team Members
  • ensure that all the company’s policies and regards to proper food handling and preparation are being enforced throughout the restaurant
  • ability to travel to other restaurants, Area Office, bank, etc. as needed
  • ability to use general restaurant equipment
  • supervise open/close during non-service hours
  • provide work direction to crew members
  • address crew performance problems As directed by restaurant general  manager
  • assists in training and cross-training in positional skills
  • QSC Standards Monitors product quality and store cleaning plan and takes corrective action when necessary
  • monitors service times, prep projections, and “build to” charts
  • controls food cost and monitors labor and recommends corrective action where necessary
  • product and supply inventory counting and record keeping
  • working Conditions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that may involve exposure to noise, heat, cold or other elements while maintaining a calm, pleasant attitude and efficient working pace
