I will be in the home, but working. Our son is relatively independent with his learning, will only need assistance sporadically. Our daughter needs more assistance, as she is younger and newer to this. Our ideal caregiver: Someone comfortable with technology to assist kids with navigating learning Additional needs include having a reliable car, being comfortable with pets and a non-smoker.
