Entry Level Construction Recruiter

360 Industrial Services is hiring for our entry level recruiting position to assist in sourcing, contacting and paper working of our workforce. We are looking for someone that is outgoing, organized, not afraid to take/make phone calls, able to work at a fast pace, and willing to grow with our company

Position will be hourly based with commission potential as well as growth potential into other recruiting avenues.

Requirements
We are seeking individuals who are outgoing, not afraid to cold call someone on the phone.
Detail oriented
Able to multi task
Work well in a fast paced environment.
Fluent in typing and Microsoft products
Excellent verbal and written skills
Able to work a consistent full-time 40-hour workweek, and be available additional hours as the position will require that throughout the course of a year.


Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include answering inbound phone calls, making outbound phone calls, conducting in person and over the phone initial interviews.
Taking detailed notes and assessing each and every potential employee
Prepare new hire paperwork with Recruiters & Sr. Recruiters for each potential employee.
Maintain contact with employees to insure continued satisfaction and obtain additional information on how their new position is and building a relationship with them.
Maintain timely and accurate data to effectively manage, follow up on, and stay in direct contact with prospective employees.
Maintain accurate and complete records of all employee and prospective employee activities including inbound and outbound calls,and follow-up activities
