Sales - Counter/Queue - Full-time / Part-time

Have a love of cars? Love Customer Service?  Driven to work hard and enjoy sales?   Do you have a keen eye for detail and catch the little things?

• Welcomes customers in person when entering the building Answer phones promptly, interact with the general public on a daily basis. Ability to interact with others in a professional courteous manner
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions & provide verbal and written responses with kindness and courtesy
• Demonstrated attention to detail – to locate the proper item in the system, and when needed identify an alternative.
  • Locate parts in inventory
  • Communicate delivery dates
• Be able to handle cash, take payments over the phone be sure to apply any proper taxes and core fees.
• Follow all procedures on pricing parts and seek assistance from the manager when needed.
• Standing or sitting in front of a computer for extended periods of time
• Safety is one of your highest priorities
• Preference is given to those with automotive background
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Earnings will be based on your performance in the position – competitive base rate. Benefits include Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage and paid time off.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Available to work: weekends
• 1+ year of experience in the customer service industry
• Math skills: counting cash drawer
• Math skills: tracking inventory usage
• Math skills: calculating sales totals
• Retail skills: customer service
• Retail skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Retail skills: handling returns
• Retail skills: addressing customer complaints
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Willing to wear face mask
