Position Summary and Essential Job Functions:
A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS RECENT STAND-UP FORKLIFT AND SIT-DOWN FORKLIFT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Fork Lift Operator
- Loading
- unloading
- put away pallets from/to trailers and storage
- Order Picking
- 90 day temp to hire opportunity
Work Schedule:
- Second Shift,2pm - Finish
- Monday - Friday
- Overtime is required as needed.
- Work independently.
- Reliable.
- Quality and safety conscious.
- Attention to detail; ability to correctly inventory and place product throughout warehouse.
- Motivated and willing to ask questions.
- Good communication skills.
Primary duties will include operation of sit-down forklift equipment. and stand up (high reach, extended fork), electric pallet jack.
Responsibilities may also include:
- Use of handheld RF scanner throughout workday.
- Order selection with use of lifts.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers with use of lifts.
- Product put-away with use of lifts.
- Product staging with use of lifts.
- Hand wrapping of pallets may be required.
- Stocking show room
- Unloading freights
- Pulling customers order
