DEA’s Corporate Informational Services (IS) team is hiring for an Autodesk Product Support Specialist to be part of our Corporate IS CAD Support Team. The preferred location for this position is our Corporate office in Portland, OR, but we are open to the position being located in Bellevue/Seattle, Denver, Salt Lake City, or the Los Angeles metro area. In a team environment, this position is responsible for supporting Autodesk’s AEC Collection with a particular emphasis on Civil 3D, Infraworks, and other Autodesk products. Our team provides engineering software support via desktop, telephone, onsite, or over a Wide Area Network for 26 plus offices. Responsibilities for this position are, but not limited to, the following: Problem solving identification and resolution skills are necessary to resolve software issues The Autodesk Product Support Specialist will participate in company-wide software upgrades involving Autodesk and associated programs Create, distribute and install software updates and productivity information via email and/or web distribution Must be able to support company and client standards by reviewing and assisting in the management of templates, prototypes, and resource files Offer team input by being able to prepare and execute a checklist for Autodesk software installations, version rollouts, upgrades, and associated third party plug-ins Occasional in person office visits Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure industry needs and workflows Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience 10± years’ experience in Civil, Infrastructure, Construction or related fields Ability to create Autodesk product installation packets for company-wide deployment Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and AutoCAD in a production and network environment Knowledge of Dynamo is a plus Knowledge of Autodesk AEC Collection software such as Advance Steel, Autodesk BIM 360, Autodesk Desktop Connector, Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, Infraworks, Inventor, Navisworks, ReCap Pro, Revit, and 3dsMax is a plus Experience supporting Autodesk licensing Knowledge of Windows scripting and AutoLISP Ability to create customized AutoCAD configuration profiles and Ribbon Menus Experience with Windows OS and Bentley products a plus Benefits: Competitive Salary Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO)/Holiday Pay 401k and Employee Stock Owner Ship Program (ESOP) Flexible 9/80 (every other Friday off) work schedule Potential office locations include: Bellevue, WA; Seattle, WA; Salt Lake City,UT; Portland, OR; Los Angeles, CA; Tustin, CA; Ontario, CA; Santa Clarita, CA.
