Government Mortgage Underwriters-Remote

Our client is a Top 10 mortgage funder that is growing rapidly and looking to add multiple Government Underwriters to their team. They are focused on candidates with either a DE or LAPP/SAR designation. This position is a permanent role with the ability for you to work remotely from any location. They have openings in multiple channels including DTC, DTB, Retail and wholesale. They do not want loss mitigation underwriters. Position basic requirements: At least three years of residential underwriting using Fannie Mae Desktop and/or Freddie Mac Prospector Extensive knowledge of FHA, FNMA and FHLMC policies and guidelines Must have one or all of the following designations: VA/LAPP, FHA DE (CHUMS) or SAR Average comp with base and productivity incentives -$170k Top performers -$240-260k Find Us on Facebook!!
