Customer Experience Specialist

Position Summary:
The CES is responsible for measuring the level of customer service that is provided to our guests while in our stores. The CES will complete targeted shops within their assigned geography.

Responsibilities:
1. Visit each assigned store once to twice a week at different times of the day and on different days of the week.
2. Evaluate the store on the Customer Service that is being provided and complete an online survey for each store visited.
3. Complete 45 to 60 shops a week depending on geography of assigned area.
4. Shop various locations within the assigned state or states ( 3-8 minutes per visit )
5. Remain anonymous throughout every visit.
6. Take care of and be responsible for all assigned company equipment.
7. Managing one's time thru a mobile device.
8. Any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have attention to detail.
- Flexible availability. Must be able to work mornings, Mid days and evening shifts (between 5 am through 11 pm). - Must be available to complete a minimum of 55-60 assignments per week.
- Must be punctual, maintain a high level of integrity, and be inconspicuous in demeanor. 
- Able to meet deadlines

Travel: 95%
Hours & Conditions: Flexible availability. Must be able to work mornings, mid days and evening shifts (between 5am and 11pm)
Physical Requirements: Driving long distances

- Must have clean driving record.
