Shipping Manager
RESPONSIBILITES:
As a Shipping Manager you will be responsible for management and leadership for all employees in the shipping area.
Ensure deadlines are met, adhere to company policies and procedures and responsible for employee performance and retention.
Provide analysis and report building including on-time shipping analysis and picking/packing analysis.
Ensure safety compliance of all warehouse employees.
Train and develop all new and current employees on warehouse practices and procedures.
Be compliant with OSHA and government regulations.
Manage inventory levels at multiple locations.
Monitor shipping metrics.
SKILLS:
5+ years of shipping management experience required.
Inventory Management.
Computer literate - Word and Excel
