Experienced Caregiver / Caregiver Mentor

Home Instead Senior Care, the world's leader in the senior home health industry, are interviewing caring and compassionate Experienced Caregivers and Caregiver Mentors to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults.  Home Instead Senior Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors (and others) to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

Many of our clients have sought us out to for assistance with:

• Personal care
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer's or dementia care

Our experienced Caregivers are our employees, therefore we:

• Screen, hire and train to a high standard
• Offer competitive pay and incentive programs
• Offer flexibility in work assignments 
• Provide professional liability insurance for every employee
• We manage all payroll and file employee payroll taxes

Successful candidates will bring prior home health industry experience, or experience as a Mentor to more junior Caregivers. This may include performing initial Caregiver introductions to new clients and training support.
