Job Description

We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist for our busy Clearwater office.
Work hours (25 hours per week): Mondays from 8:30AM - 5:00PM, Tuesdays - Fridays from 1:00PM - 5:00PM.

The Receptionist is responsible for managing a multi-line, PC based phone system that provides call management for documentation for approximately 50 associates. Candidates should have experience handling a high call volume of approximately 200 calls per day. Screen and announce caller to associates. This position requires outstanding attendance and punctuality.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Professionally administer incoming calls and direct the caller to the appropriate associate

- Ensure phones are redirected accordingly

- Provide coverage when other Receptionist is out.

- Take and retrieve messages for various personnel

- Enter all phone calls into various database programs

- Ensure confidentiality of client personal information

- Manage the incoming and outgoing mail to include postage machine

- Verify information and prepare documents for printing and uploading

- Scanning a variety of documents

- Perform other duties as assigned

SKILLS:

- Excellent phone etiquette, professional written and verbal communication skills

- Accepts ownership and is responsible, dependable, and has an exceptional work ethic

- Strong typing skills, data entry skills, analytical skills, computer skills, and organizational skills

- Customer service driven

- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
