As the leader of the cardiology services department, the Nurse Director of Cardiac Services will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the clinical nursing staff are producing excellent outcomes. In charge of the department’s budget, the Nurse Director of Cardiac Services must be knowledgeable with approving budgetary transactions that meet the department’s financial performance targets.
