Our Hardware and Infrastructure Engineering (HW&I) team has a professional position as an Infrastructure Engineering Team Lead available to support infrastructure design, implementation and delivery activities in IaaS environments. The qualified candidate will have broad technical acumen spanning all aspects of VMware/Linux private cloud IaaS provisioning, as well as experience developing, directing execution of, and statusing schedule and budget activities. This position may require some overtime to meet scheduled milestones as well as limited (<20%) travel for site installations when travel restrictions are eased. An active U.S. Security Clearance (TS/SCI) with a current (< 5 yrs old) CI poly is required as of day one of employment. US Citizenship required.

Security Clearance Requirement
- Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Security Clearance
Required Skills:
- 10+ years’ experience with infrastructure compute, storage, and network technologies and tools
- Experience developing detailed infrastructure build task schedules
- EVMS certification and experience as a CAM, including cost/schedule reporting
- Ability to provide technical direction to the infrastructure engineering team for design and implementation activities
- Familiarity with development and review of detailed infrastructure design artifacts
- Capability to effectively represent program in customer meetings and reviews
- Hands-on skills in VMware & Linux administration and configuration
- Strong experience working with Microsoft Office applications, such as: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS SharePoint, etc.
- Exposure to DevOps build automation tools such as Chef
- Must be a US Citizen with an active TS/SCI Security Clearance
- Technical and/or project management certifications
- Familiarity with infrastructure service architecture and detailed design
- Knowledge of common vendor hardware and software infrastructure products
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Security Clearance
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), or related STEM Degree program from an Accredited University, School, and/or College required with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
