Responsibilities
Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 5-7 years of work experience of relevant experience.
- Minimum degree required: Bachelor's degree
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following areas:
- Defining, implementing, and operating a data governance bodies, including typical data governance policies, processes, and standards
- Elicit requirements and use cases for selecting a data cataloging tool
- Implement and populate a data cataloging tool with data assets
- Define metadata management policies, standards, processes, and procedures
- Translating business needs into long-term architecture solutions
- Experience with agile delivery
- Experience with project and program management best practices
- Working knowledge of data management and data cataloging solutions and practices
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
Nice to have:
- Data Management certification from an industry recognized standards organization
- Relevant industry certifications demonstrating knowledge of metadata management, data governance, and data cataloging
Travel Expectations: 80% (if live outside of NY)
