Responsibilities

Demonstrates proven knowledge of working with teams to understand business strategies, envision and prioritize business capabilities, and design business and related technical solutions. Work includes support for planning, requirements, design and implementation phases of IT modernization efforts including: defining business and technical requirements; re-designing process and data flows; writing user stories; developing test plans; defining implementation plans to enhance existing and implement new systems; utilizing project management tools and techniques to develop and implement multi-phase projects.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

Minimum Years of Experience: 5

Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree

·        Experience in requirements analysis; process re-engineering; data flows; system architecture design; and test plan development

·        Basic understanding of current technologies including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS etc.

·        3+ years in client-facing environment focused on supporting technology-based projects

·        Must possess exceptional analytical, writing and communication skills;

·        Strong attention to detail, well organized and ability to self-prioritize multiple activities;

·        Ability to effectively initiate action, collaborate with others, and drive action items to resolution;

·        Proficiency in developing and presenting, both verbally and in writing, technical information and presentations to non-technical audiences

·        Scrum certification a plus but not required

US Citizenship required.
