As a Senior QA Engineer you will be an essential part of a high performing agile development team focused on delivering exceptional nCino products to meet our client’s needs.

Responsibilities 

  • Serve as the testing expert for one of our agile teams
  • Create and configure test environments
  • Create detailed, well-structured Test Plans
  • Ensure QA standards \ guidelines are adhered and testing commitments are met
  • Escalate outstanding issues and testing risks to the QA Lead \ Manager
  • Derive and create thorough test cases and scenarios to address all business use cases
  • Execute test cases, analyze the results and report defects
  • Identify, document, and thoroughly test bugs
  • Recommend and lead implementing QA process improvements
  • Mentor less experienced QA engineers
  • Remain proficient in recent standards, technologies, processes and requirements of software quality assurance
  • Be a great teammate, - carry your load, help other teammates, be flexible and adapt easily to changing product needs based on customers and the market.

Qualifications: 
Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 4+ yrs Experience in software development processes and QA methodologies
  • Broad understanding and knowledge of Agile and Scrum development cycles
  • Demonstrated, enthusiastic approach to problem solving and collaborating with team members
  • Results oriented with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task and follow through on projects to completion
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to diagnose problems (collect data, establish facts, etc), draw valid conclusions and provide solutions
  • Proven ability to handle various tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

Desired:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com application
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Experience with different test automation languages and frameworks, Java, Selenium, Gherkin, TestNG
